Trusting During Quarantine

“If it arises, it belongs.” Tara Brach

All is going according to Plan. Every fearful pattern, every apocalyptic vision, every worst case scenario is playing in the collective. Because we need to know where to bring our awareness.

Of course it will be ok. Of course our kids will ask what it was like and we’ll say something vague like “Well, we just stayed inside most of the time.” But it doesn’t feel that way right now. It feels like dying.

And in a way, we are. The pieces that doubt ourselves, our neighbors, Creation, & our Unfolding are all rearing their ugly heads so that we may be aware of what is no longer for us.

We must go toward the faith in our own abundance.

We must CREATE instead of clinging to the hopes of what holds us back, will rebound and continue.

We must embrace the Unknown because it’s our New Chance, our New Beginning, our Awakening into what’s REALLY true.

May we all make the most of this reflective, quiet time. As we pause, how can we set it up so that when we get going again, it is in a new, effective, aligned direction?

Creation has a funny way of resetting: This is like pulling the cartridge out of the Sega, blowing on its little hardware bits, and shoving it back in so that it works correctly.

Let’s remind each other of our indomitable, unshakeable spirits. Our creativity & resilience, our ingenuity & ability to help heal & support & innovate.

We cannot go wrong, because this is what is written in our bones, in our impossibly perfect blueprint.

With love, and freedom, and trust.
